So, I was very upset when wheat started really bothering me a couple of months ago. Growing up in a family where we had bread daily or cookies cakes etc a lot it really sucks. I have tried numerous packaged (expensive too) brownies/muffins that just taste like sand and grit. Yuck, Went to Eckerts Country store in Belleville, IL and saw your product and thought great, another $8.99 package of gluten free brownie muffins that are going to taste like junk. I almost passed them up. But something told me to give them a try anyway. Boy am I sure glad did! Wow. These things are amazing!!! Thank you Thank you, Thank you!!! Best Brownie since going gluten free ever!!! I may even like em better then regular brownies. Ahhhhh. And I love that they have flax in them and are dairy free. Now I wont mind going gluten free as long as these are in my life. I am excited to try other flavors as well. Although I am a true chocoholic by nature, I still love blueberry muffins and banana muffins too. I see on your site you have a dark cherry chocolate one (drool!) and a coconut chocolate brownie..eeeeekk I am just so exited. Have a mentioned a thank you yet?! Lol. Happily Munching On Muffins
After trying all 4 flavors, we like the chunky choc chip flax muffins at Fred Meyer in Longview, WA. We are probably one of your best customers!! I don't know many people who would spend as much as we do on those tasty muffins each month. My husband and I each eat one every morning with our coffee. But one day we went to buy a box and discovered to our dismay, that the shelf was empty!
It was not good news that the gal in the nutrition section gave us..... She said they hadn't been able to get any muffins. Gasp!
Thankfully, after oh maybe a month (just kidding, it just seemed like that) the new shipment came and we are happily munching on the muffins again each morning.
Tell the baking crew there that they make really good muffins and don't mess with the recipe. It's perfect the way they are!

Your Flax4Life muffins are delicious. I have tried the Apple Cinnamon, Wild Blueberry and cranberry-Orange and I love them all. Our local market, New Leaf, in San Jose, Ca carries them and I hope they continue to have them. Otherwise, I order online. Yum.

I have been traveling quite a bit lately with my work, but I will be unwilling to let the sun go down on another day without writing you a note.
I placed by ‘usual’ order for a 6 pack of muffins. This time, I included 2 dozen of the new mini brownie packs, as well as the sandwich buns, to give them a try (Jessica told me about them when I spoke to her). When I got home from my week of travel, the order had arrived. OH MY WORD!!! The brownie muffins ought to be illegal!! They have to be the best brownies I have EVER eaten!!! So good that I keep them in the freezer to try to make them last…but then I found out that if I put them in the microwave for 20 sec they come out warm and even MORE amazing (btw – I always warm my muffins, 28 sec if thawed and 45 if frozen, then I put on some Earth Balance Soy Free butter – you HAVE to try it).
OK – so just before I left for my trip to ATL this week, I took out a sandwich bun from the freezer, and put it in the microwave for 40 secs, and then put a veggie burger in the bun after I sliced it. OH MY WORD!!! AMAZING!!!!
You are making some absolutely superior products. And for those of us that have been void of brownies, sandwich buns and the like, cuz of all the junk in them – you have brought a healthy way to eat the things we truly enjoy!!
Keep going – you have a HUGE fan in South Carolina!!!

I came across the carrot raisin muffins in whole foods and when I read the ingredients I was hesitant, as I have had flourless products that just tasted awful. Not these! I'm addicted! A few days ago, I purchased your Flax4Life Cranberry Orange Muffins. They are delicious. They are moist, flavorful and good. I do not even need to 'refresh' them, as I do most other baked goods. It is extremely hard to find quality products that are gluten-free. I have spent hundred's of dollars and have thrown out much. Other flavors were carrot, blueberry and like 2 others. Omg. After recently finding out I'm wheat intolerant, I've been missing a treat now and then. I picked up a four pack of the carrot raisin at kowalskis on thursday night and am in love! I had to go back today to get another pack that I can freeze. They don't have the pineapple so it looks like i will be placing an order. Yum!!

2. caramel chunk - or center in chocolate
3. banana, raisin & walnut
4. peanut butter chip in chocolate
5. date & almond
