For over 25 years, Flax4Life has been creating better-for-you baked goods made with wholesome flax, combining great taste, high-quality ingredients, and the confidence that comes from trusting a dedicated, experienced manufacturer. Founded in 2001, our story began after a family member’s long health battle revealed a diagnosis of Celiac Disease (gluten intolerance) and other food sensitivities not only for himself, but also helped us discover this across generations of the family through awareness. From that point on, our mission was to create safe, satisfying baked goods that not only tasted delicious but also offered nutritious value to your diet. Not just empty calories.

Bill and Dagmar, the original founders of Flax4Life, built the foundation of the company and shaped it into what it is today.
Kasondra oversees daily operations, ensuring the company runs efficiently and maintains the high standards Flax4Life is known for. She balances this with her role as a dedicated parent to two teenagers.
Jason ensures production and equipment run efficiently, with a focus on reliability and process improvement.
Matt coordinates shipping and logistics, ensuring products arrive efficiently and on time. Known for his reliability and loyalty, he is a trusted part of the team.
Robin manages the financial side of Flax4Life with precision and care, keeping the numbers organized and the business running smoothly behind the scenes.
Hailey supports both customers and employees with care, organization, and responsiveness, making sure questions are answered, needs are met, and everyone feels taken care of. She brings a friendly, steady presence to the team, always ready to lend a helping hand and keep things running smoothly.
Rolf leads national sales strategy and customer partnerships, helping expand Flax4Life’s reach across the U.S. When he’s not building relationships on the road, he’s keeping up with his two rambunctious Labradoodles at home.
Dale and his wife live in the Short Hills of the Carolinas. He has been attuned to nature since childhood through gardening and beekeeping. Dale volunteers with USA Skills and local vocational training schools and takes pride in building long-standing, successful bakery programs.
Ofelia serves as Flax4Life’s SQF Practitioner and Production Manager. She is dedicated to food and employee safety, making it her top priority, and leads by example to ensure safety and quality remain central to everything Flax4Life does.
Sarah leads Flax4Life’s marketing strategy, digital presence, and sales operations, guiding the brand’s growth while connecting with customers and partners in meaningful ways.
