I have been traveling quite a bit lately with my work, but I will be unwilling to let the sun go down on another day without writing you a note.
I placed by ‘usual’ order for a 6 pack of muffins. This time, I included 2 dozen of the new mini brownie packs, as well as the sandwich buns, to give them a try (Jessica told me about them when I spoke to her). When I got home from my week of travel, the order had arrived. OH MY WORD!!! The brownie muffins ought to be illegal!! They have to be the best brownies I have EVER eaten!!! So good that I keep them in the freezer to try to make them last…but then I found out that if I put them in the microwave for 20 sec they come out warm and even MORE amazing (btw – I always warm my muffins, 28 sec if thawed and 45 if frozen, then I put on some Earth Balance Soy Free butter – you HAVE to try it).
OK – so just before I left for my trip to ATL this week, I took out a sandwich bun from the freezer, and put it in the microwave for 40 secs, and then put a veggie burger in the bun after I sliced it. OH MY WORD!!! AMAZING!!!!
You are making some absolutely superior products. And for those of us that have been void of brownies, sandwich buns and the like, cuz of all the junk in them – you have brought a healthy way to eat the things we truly enjoy!!
Keep going – you have a HUGE fan in South Carolina!!!
