I love your flax muffins. GF is gaining recognition,and it doesn't at all taste like cardboard! Nice.
I just wanted to suggest a few "flavors" if I may:
1. butterscotch & coconut chip
2. caramel chunk - or center in chocolate
3. banana, raisin & walnut
4. peanut butter chip in chocolate
5. date & almond
MMMMMM !! You've probably brainstormed many more, but I'd sure like these!
